WIFI: OohlalaJolla PASSWORD: LaJolla123 CHECK OUT: Check out time is 11:00 am. Housekeeping and maintenance are pre-scheduled. Late check-outs are not available during busy periods or if another guest is arriving the same day as your departure. Requests must be confirmed by 6:00 pm the evening before the departure date. Thank you for your understanding. PARKING: There is one parking spot for this unit on the left side of the driveway. The driveway is large. There is plenty of room for large SUVs. Additional street parking may be available on the street. TRASH: The trash bins are located in the garage. Collection day for trash is Monday and recycling is every other Monday. A valet service will bring the bins in and out to the street on collection days. NOISE: As a courtesy to your neighbors, please minimize conversation, music and general noise, especially after 10:00pm. We thank you for keeping in mind your neighbors right to a peaceful environment. The city of San Diego’s short term Rental Ordinance is strictly enforced. Parties and/ or noise disturbances will result in a minimum $1,000 fine and eviction with no refunds. All guests staying at the property must have their full names provided and registered on the reservation. TELEVISIONS: All TV’s are equipped with over 80 channels of Direct TV. Please use the Direct TV remote to turn the television on. Use the input button to select “Streaming Box”. You may choose a channel by pressing the guide button or using the blue microphone button to access voice. LAUNDRY: An initial supply of laundry detergent is located in a brown gift bag by the kitchen. The washer and dryer are located in a closet right at the entrance of your unit. For the washer in your unit—do not put detergent pods directly in the washer. Place the pod inside the pull-out bin on the front left side of the machine. There are additional washers and dryers available for your use in the garage. For those washers in the garage, you can place the detergent pods directly in the washer. The garage is shared with another unit. Please clean lint traps from dryers after every use. Do not use bleach in the home. Stains left due to bleach use will not be covered under rental damage. DO NOT REMOVE ROBES FROM PROPERTY. A $60 Fee will be assessed for each missing robe. BEACH: Beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards are located in the garage. Garage code=98760. The garage is shared with another unit. SAND: When returning home from the beach, please rinse all sand off yourself and beach toys while outside. Beach Towels: Located in the bedroom closet. NO SMOKING: Please do not smoke inside the house or anywhere on the property. Outdoor belongings such as chairs, coolers, towels, etc. should be kept in the house or garage. GRILL: There is a gas grill located on the front balcony. Ensure the propane valve is on, then use the knobs and ignitor button to light the grill. After the first burner lights, turn gas on to additional burners so that they light as well. After every use, be sure to wipe down the BBQ and ensure the valves are closed tightly. Use a grill cover when not in use to protect from the elements. PETS: Please clean up after your pet. Waste disposal bags can be found on the walking path by the beach. Spot cleaner is located under the kitchen sink. Please read the signs in front of beach entrances carefully for rules regarding dogs. BALCONY: Do not lean on the glass balcony. SECURITY: Vacating the home quickly can be very important in case of an emergency. Please ensure all occupants take a moment to become familiar with the layout of the home and identify exit routes. Although this is generally a safe neighborhood, there are some basic precautionary steps you can take to make sure your stay remains stress free. Don’t leave items unattended outside or in open garages. Don’t leave any valuables outside or in plain sight. Keep car doors locked and make sure you lock all windows and doors when leaving the home.

Clay, He was very kind and answered all questions quickly. He left snacks and laundry detergent. Everything for the beach was available from chairs, toys, and umbrellas. The home was very clean and everything was perfect! Leaving instructions were very simple. I will be staying again. Thank you Clay!!!

We have nothing but good things to say about OohLa La Jolla. The space was beautiful, clean, spacious, and peaceful. The view was amazing! A block from the beach. We took numerous walks along the beach and through the neighborhood. The beach was beautiful, but it was also nice to see all of the beautiful homes and gardens. Walkable grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops. We noticed that one mattress was super soft and the other a bit firmer, so sleeping can accommodate different preferences. Both beds were incredibly comfortable. There was a parking spot, keyless entry, well-equipped kitchen. Nothing was missed! Lastly, Clay was a kind and responsive host. We did not want to leave and will definitely be back.

This Airbnb is awesome. It was located in the prettiest part of town. It had an ocean view and it was very relaxing. You can hear the calming waves from within the unit. It is located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It has a nice size parking space and plenty of available street parking. The unit has everything we needed and more, it even had Green Pans in the kitchen. Clay was very responsive and quick with any questions or needs we had. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone going to this area.

Place is great! A few steps to a very cool beach with great waves and awesome sunsets. Top floor unit and deck offer fantastic views. Many restaurants and shops are close and the area is very desirable. Would definitely return!

Clays place was great and would love to stay again! So close to the beautiful beach and so close to local restaurants that were an easy 3-5 min walk. Clean space and perfect room for my family of 5. We didn’t cook there. The beds were so comfortable and ac felt great during a “heat wave”. Even during spring break it is very peaceful at night. Noise and small crowds are gone by evening. Felt safe and comfortable. Clay was very responsive and helpful. You can tell he cares about your experience. Thank you for helping make our vacation great.

All around great space. Basically a beach from property w a 40 yard walk to the sand. Condo was great and clean beds were comfortable and the dinning room worked great for put take put chinese food. Great job clay

I can’t say enough good things about Clays place. The location is perfect. A block off the beach so you’re away from the traffic there, but you have a wonderful view of the water from the deck. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking for meals if you wanted to the furniture was lovely and well arranged. I can’t wait to go back. It was one of the best Airbnb states I’ve ever had.
